Cancellation & Refund Policy

MySchoowl encourages you to cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior.
A full refund (excluding applicable taxes & charges) of the cancelled booking (uncompleted class) shall be made, as per your payment method.
Time taken for the refund will depend on the applicable payment method/bank/card policy.
Refund request for any completed class shall be verified with the Coach / Teacher.
Please expect at least 4 business days for our revert on a refund request for a completed class.
